I grew up in sunny Southern California and went to college by the beach at UC Santa Barbara. While there, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology, and a master’s degree in Education. I spent almost 10 years working in college athletics where I led successful student services programs and created a sustainable model for student-athlete development that incorporated professional development, leadership development, and community engagement initiatives. As a Career Coach in Higher Education, I taught job seekers how to successfully navigate the job market. As a relationship builder and career coach, I have helped hundreds of busy professionals transition to new positions in desired companies around the world. 

 

Currently, I work as the Professional Development Manager at a law firm where I get to support attorneys as they advance toward their career goals. This includes supporting attorney orientation and integration, providing personalized coaching, coordinating and executing substantive legal and professional skills training, and managing a robust bi-annual evaluations process.

 

As your Professional Development and Career Coach, I walk alongside of you to teach valuable skills such as how to network intentionally, prepare professional documents, navigate a job search, negotiate a job offer, and more. I have helped 500+ individuals reduce anxiety about their current workload and the future of their career, and increase confidence in their ability to achieve career success. I want to help you too!
